Understanding Your Bill

Before reviewing any offers, look carefully at the different supply and delivery charges on your most recent utility bill. The natural gas supply charge is the gas supply rate that your utility currently charges you.  If you select another retail gas supplier, the utility’s supply charge will be replaced by the rate offered by the retail gas supplier. The delivery-related or distribution charges will not change as a result of selecting another retail natural gas supplier. Understand which charges you must continue to pay to your utility and which charges you will pay to the new retail gas supplier if you decide to switch.
